This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on its way!

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays .

Free standard shipping is available on all orders above ₹599 across India .

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all locations across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for remote areas and islands.

Estimated delivery times:

Metro cities: 2-4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3-6 business days
Remote areas: 5-8 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control .

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email .

If you don't receive your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@lumexo.in.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund .

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@lumexo.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate .

Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date .

Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours or once shipped, cancellations may not be possible .
